About the Instructor

Lauren Lane is a licensed massage therapist (2013), certified Modern Cupping Therapist (2018), certified Myofascial Release Massage Therapist (2016), certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (2021) and massage instructor since 2015.  She also has a background in: visceral manipulation, positional release, and neuromuscular therapy.

She has focused her practice with  myofascial release with bringing the body back into its field of gravity after postural distortions.  Her focus has been blending myofascial release and cupping with neuromuscular therapy.

Lauren is incredibly passionate about massage therapy and bodywork and brings that same energy, dedication, and excitement to the classroom.
